Casting:  
Pre Ballet Division- each child has 2 performance dates
Ballet 1A Division-each child has 2 performance dates
Ballet 2A Division- each child has 2 performance dates
Ballet 2B Division- each child has 2 performance dates
*Ballet Division 3A- each child has 2 or 3* performance dates

 
​INTERMEDIATE -ADVANCE DIVISIONS,
Ballet 4A-7, perform in all 5 shows- itemized casting

​Saturday and Theater Rehearsal Call Times:  

​THEATER REHEARSAL CALL TIMES  12/11 & 12/12 

​Show arrival times- make up needs and performance items to bring.
 
Performance Arrival Times:
​
Pre Ballet Division- 10 minutes before show time (or earlier).
Please arrive with hair and make-up. They perform in 2nd act only. 
*They are welcome to watch 1st act- but must have ticket to enter auditorium- 
*Costume is not to be worn in auditorium, change into costume during 15 minute intermission.                                            
Ballet 1A, 2A, 2B - 20 minutes before show time (or earlier). Please arrive with hair and make-up. Battle scene costume is 1st costume ( Mouse) .
Ballet 3A-4A  30 minutes before show time(or earlier). Please arrive with hair and make-up. Party scene costume is 1st costume/ with battle leotard underneath (boys & girls).
Ballet 4B-7  Mandatory Warm up class- arrive with performance hair and make-up.
                    
Ballet 4B-7 Warm up classes:
Friday 12/13 at 4:30-5:45pm
Saturday 12/14 at 11:00am - 12:15pm
Sunday 12/15 at  9:30-10:45am
