Tuition-  Full and Partial Refund Form

     requiredFull Tuition Refunds-  offered within 4 day grace period following  the 1st class of term or student’s 1st  registered class date, with submitted refund form. 
    • Request form must be received within 4 days after students 1st registered class of term or 1st  registered class date. 
    • Refund request received after 4 days of 1st class is offered a partial refund.
    • 2 weeks notices is required for partial refund. 
                
    To receive full tuition refund: 
    • Please fill out the Orinda Ballet Academy Refund Request form* and submit to Ballet Director, Patricia Tomlinson 
    • Request must be sent to Ballet Director within 4 days after the 1st class of term, or student’s 1st registered class date (late registrations). 
    • The class tuition will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Allow 1-2 weeks processing time.
     
    Partial Refunds - offered with 2 weeks notification.
         2 weeks notice of termination required for partial tuition refund. 
     
    To receive partial ballet tuition refund:
    • Fill out the Orinda Ballet Academy Refund Request form* and submit to Ballet Director, Patricia Tomlinson
    • Partial Tuition is based on the date the Refund Request form is received, initiating 2-week notice.
    • After the 2 weeks notification- the remaining class tuition of the term will be refunded back to your original form of payment.  Allow 1-2 weeks processing time.
